ZenableMe, operated by Himani Puri and based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, is the data fiduciary responsible for your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where applicable to international visitors, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

We use your data to process and fulfil orders and bookings, personalise your quiz results and session recommendations, send booking confirmations and shipping updates and, with consent, marketing communications, improve our site and services, and comply with legal and tax obligations.

If you are visiting from the EU or UK, you additionally have rights to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority under the GDPR. 5.5 Data sharing
We share data only with payment gateway providers to process transactions, courier and logistics partners to fulfil delivery, and email or WhatsApp communication tools to send confirmations, each bound by their own data protection obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5.6 Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, typically the duration of your customer relationship plus the period required for tax, accounting and legal compliance, generally up to 8 years for financial records under Indian law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
