Session booking, cancellation and rescheduling

4.1 Booking confirmation

A session is confirmed only after payment or advance is received and a slot is acknowledged via WhatsApp or email at hello@zenableme.com.

4.2 Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled time
• Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the session are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee of 20 percent of the session fee

4.3 Cancellations and refunds for sessions

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session
• Cancellations made within 48 hours are eligible for a 50 percent credit toward a future session, with no cash refund
• No shows without prior communication are not eligible for refund or credit
• If ZenableMe needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a full refund or a priority rescheduled slot at no additional cost

4.4 The clarity and alignment journey, 8 week program

The 8 week journey is a committed program. Once the first session is delivered, the program fee is non refundable, though individual future sessions within the program may be rescheduled per section 4.2. If you need to discuss a pause or exception due to genuine hardship, contact us directly. We evaluate these case by case.
