2.1 Shipping charges

International shipping is not a flat rate. It is calculated as per actual courier charges based on destination country, package weight and dimensions, and is displayed transparently at checkout before you complete payment. Under Indian e commerce regulations, no hidden charges may be added after checkout confirmation.
2.2 Delivery timelines
- Domestic (India): 7 to 12 business days from order confirmation
- International: timelines vary by destination and customs processing. Estimated timelines are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed delivery dates
Delivery estimates exclude delays caused by customs clearance, courier disruptions, natural events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, the late delivery refund right in the return and refund policy does not apply.
2.3 Order tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email at hello@zenableme.com or WhatsApp. Please inspect your package on arrival and record an unboxing video so you can claim under the damage or defect exception if needed.
2.4 Customs, duties and import taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees levied by their destination country. These are separate from the shipping charge and are collected by the courier or customs authority on delivery.
