By accessing or purchasing from the ZenableMe website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, our privacy policy and our shipping and return policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

ZenableMe offers Tarot reading, Reiki healing, Family Constellation facilitation, crystal products and intuitive guidance coaching as complementary wellness practices. These services:

• Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical or mental health condition
• Should not be relied upon as a replacement for consultation with a qualified professional

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately. Himani Puri is not a licensed medical professional or therapist.

3.3 Eligibility

Our services and products are intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3.4 Pricing and payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of applicable GST unless specified otherwise
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before order confirmation. If a pricing error is identified after payment, you will be offered a full refund or the option to proceed at the corrected price
• Payments are processed through secure third party payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers
• Prices for sessions and products may change at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed

3.5 Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, session frameworks, the ALIGN methodology and product descriptions, is the property of ZenableMe and Himani Puri and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent.

3.6 User conduct

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users data
• Do not post false, misleading or defamatory reviews or testimonials
• Do not reproduce or resell our session frameworks or Tarot and Reiki methodologies commercially without written permission

3.7 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenableMe and Himani Puri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, our sessions or our products, including decisions made based on session guidance or Tarot readings. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or session giving rise to the claim.

3.8 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZenableMe, Himani Puri and its affiliates from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

3.9 Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be addressed through our grievance officer. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, without prejudice to your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach a consumer forum in your place of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The last updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
